Here's what's going to happen on the call. We're going to spend the first 10–15 minutes understanding your business — your offer, your current numbers, and what's actually holding you back. Not surface-level stuff. We're going to go deep.

5 Things to Do Right Now

01Block your calendar

Protect the full hour. Don't schedule anything before or after. This is a working session — we'll be going deep on your business, your numbers, and what's actually holding you back.

02Know your numbers

Come with your current monthly revenue, ad spend, cost per booked call, and show rate. If you don't have exact numbers, bring your best estimate. We'll build from there.

03Describe your best client

Think about the client who got the best result, paid on time, and referred others. Who are they? What were they struggling with before they found you? What changed? The more specific you are, the more useful the call will be.

04Be ready to make a decision

We don't do follow-up calls or 'think about it' timelines. If we're aligned on the call, we move. If we're not, we'll tell you honestly. Come ready to say yes or no — not 'let me think about it.'

05Have your card accessible

Not because we'll pressure you — we won't. But if you decide this is the right move, you'll want to be able to act on it immediately. Momentum matters. The coaches who move fast are the ones who scale fast.
